Mice homozygous for a null allele show increased cell numbers in bronchioalveolar lavages and changes in B cell, CD4+ T cell and neutrophil counts following ovalbumin airway challenge, and a small decrease in megakaryocytic progenitors and a small increase in hematopoietic progenitor cell proliferation.
