Dnm2 基因表型（MGI）

Mice homozygous for a targeted allele die prior to E8-E12. Mice heterozygous for a knock-out allele exhibit muscle atrophy and weakness, intermyofibrillar disorganization, and centrally localized mitochondria and sarcoplasmic reticulum. Homozygosity for the p.V235G mutation is early embryonic lethal, while heterozygosity accelerates T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (T-ALL) onset and increases penetrance in a T-ALL model mouse.
