Got2 基因表型（MGI）

Homozygosity for knockout or certain in-frame deletion or missense alleles is embryonic lethal. Mice homozygous for a knock-out allele exhibit embryonic growth retardation, incomplete embryo turning, delayed/incomplete rostral neuropore closure, abnormal head and heart shape, placentation defects, and complete lethality during organogenesis. Some display an abnormal allantois or enlarged hearts and abnormal heart looping.
