Maz 基因表型（MGI）

Mice homozygous for a knock-out allele exhibit fetal and postnatal lethality, kidney agenesis, and abnormal atrial size and male infertility in rare surviving mice. Mice heterozygous for the same allele exhibit fetal lethality and abnormal bladder function and architecture. Adult mice heterozygous for a different knock-out allele show decreased cingulate cortex size in both sexes, and male-specific neuroanatomical phenotypes including small lateral ventricles, decreased corpus callosum, internal capsule and habenula size, and increased secondary somatosensory cortex size.
