Btla 基因表型（MGI）

Targeted inactivation of this gene leads to increased T cell activation. Homozygotes for a null allele show altered peripheral T cell anergy. Homozygotes for a different null allele show enhanced specific antibody responses, increased susceptibility to EAE, and prolonged allograft survival.
