Lamc1 基因表型（MGI）

Null homozygotes are lethal by E5.5, lack basement membrane and parietal yolk sac development, and migration of primitive endoderm cells from the inner cell mass. Homozygotes for a transposon-induced allele are lethal between E10.5-E12.5 and abnormal body size. Exon 2 deleted mice show muscle abnormalities, demylination, and paraparesis.
