Kctd13 基因表型（MGI）

Mice homozygous for a null allele exhibit reduced synaptic transmission, abnormal hippocampal pyramidal neuron dendrite morphology, and increased locomotor activity. Homozygotes for a different null allele show reduced male fertility and increased incidence of cryptorchidism and micropenis. Homozygotes for other knock-out alleles exhibit a small hippocampus in both sexes while heterozygotes show no detectable brain neuroanatomical phenotypes.
