Adam29 基因表型（MGI）

Mice homozygous for a knock-out allele are viable and fertile but show elevated oxygen consumption, carbon dioxide production and energy expenditure, enhanced wound healing, and reduced susceptibility to weight gain and hepatic steatosis in response to high-fat feeding. Male mice homozygous for a different knock-out allele are also fertile and exhibit normal testis gross appearance, normal testis and epididymis histology, and normal sperm morphology and motility.
