Gpr107 基因表型（MGI）

Homozygous inactivation of this gene causes embryonic lethality during organogenesis, associated with reduced expression of genes implicated in the cubilin-megalin multi-ligand endocytic receptor complex. Null MEFs show defects in receptor-mediated endocytosis and recycling. Homozygotes for a transposon-induced allele exhibit embryonic lethality at E12.5 and exhibit cardiac, vascular system and liver abnormalities.
