Lpar6 基因表型（MGI）

Mice homozygous for one null allele show dysregulated basal-to-luminal urothelial differentiation, hyperplasia of the luminal cells in the bladder urothelium, and increased susceptibility to BBN-induced bladder cancer. Homozygotes for a second null allele show an attenuated LPA-induced hypertensive response, lower pressor responses to adrenergic agents, and abnormal blood vessel formation. Homozygotes for a third null allele show mild alterations in lymphocyte transmigration across the high endothelial venule wall in lymph nodes.
