Thoc3 基因表型（MGI）

Mice homozygous for a knock-out allele show failure of morula compaction and complete embryonic lethality prior to organogenesis. In vitro outgrowth assays show that embryos hatch from the zona pellucida but form atypical outgrowths with an abnormal inner cell mass and few trophectoderm cells.
