Cplane1 基因表型（MGI）

Homozygotes for a transposon-induced allele exhibit sublethality at E12.5 and complete lethality at E15.5, developmental delay, and limb and eye defects. Mice with a p.S253P mutation exhibit double outlet right ventricle, pulmonary atresia/hypolastic pulmonary artery, atrioventricular septal defect, and right aortic arch. Other defects include cleft palate, polydactyly, sternal bone hypoplasia and hypoplastic lungs.
