Tgds 基因表型（MGI）

Mice homozygous for an ENU-induced allele exhibit micrognathia and cleft palate. Mice homozygous for a knock-out allele exhibit embryonic growth retardation, abnormal head and forebrain shape, abnormal heart morphology associated with cardiac or pericardial edema and abnormal heart looping, abnormal yolk sacs, placentation defects, and complete lethality during organogenesis. A minority display incomplete embryo turning and branchial arch defects.
