Lpar4 基因表型（MGI）

A subset of mice homozygous for a null allele fail to survive gestation and exhibit hemorrhages and/or edema in many organs at multiple embryonic stages, as well as dilated blood and lymphatic vessels, and impaired recruitment of smooth muscle cells and pericytes. Knockout mice exhibit show abnormal lymphocyte transmigration across the high endothelial venule wall in lymph nodes.
