Mvp 基因表型（MGI）

Mice homozygous for a knock-out allele are viable, healthy and phenotypically normal with unimpaired dendritic cell maturation and function and normal resistance to various cytostatic agents. Adult mice homozygous for a gene trapped allele show male-specific brain neuroanatomical phenotypes including decreased total brain area, small brain nuclei associated with the limbic system, reduced corpus callosum, hippocampus, thalamus and cingulate gyrus size, decreased secondary somatosensory cortex size, abnormal neuron morphology, smaller mEPSC amplitude, and decreased dendritic spine density but no major behavioral deficits
