Arl4d 基因表型（MGI）

Mice homozygous for a knock-out allele show normal T cell development but exhibit enhanced expansion and effector cell function of CD8+ T cells and increased IL-2 production in the context of in vivo viral infection. Arl4d-null CD4+ T cells show increased IL-2 secretion, enhanced capacity to convert into induced regulatory T cells, and are less pathogenic in a model of transfer colitis.
